Started in 2014 With One Table on Mulberry Street
Sarah Mitchell opened Spa Ember after years of treating athletes and office workers who were tired of massages that felt nice for an hour and changed nothing. The idea was simple: listen first, assess properly, then treat.
Today twelve licensed therapists carry the same routine into every session, from the five-minute intake to the stretches we send you home with.
