Your posture assessment is on us.

A calm first session starts before you arrive. Here is everything our front desk wishes new clients knew.

Before You Arrive

Book at least a day ahead if you want a specific therapist, and arrive ten minutes early to fill in a short health form. Mention injuries, surgeries or medications, and skip heavy meals for an hour before your session.

What to Wear

Undress to your comfort level. You are covered with a warm sheet the whole time and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Many clients keep their underwear on, and that is completely fine.

During the Session

The best thing a first-timer can say is “a bit less” or “a bit more.” We would rather adjust ten times than have you grit your teeth. Talk or stay quiet, it is your hour.

After Your Massage

Drink water, stretch gently and avoid intense workouts for the rest of the day. Mild soreness after deep work is normal and fades within 24 to 48 hours.

Therapist tip

Book your next session within three weeks. Muscles hold change better with steady follow-up.
